In order to notify us of an event we need to know who you are.

If you give us your email address, we will send you a once only link which enables you to create events, edit events you have already added and delete events.

In order for an event to be listed it should be in or about the Teignbridge area, and relate to the climate or ecological emergency.

When you sign in you will be sent an email containing a link which is valid for 2 hours. This link will enable you to:

• Create new events.
• See a list of events that you have created.
• Edit events you have already entered.
• Delete events you no longer require.

Creating an event prompts you for the following:

• When is the event(date, start and end times), you can also enter events that repeat at regular intervals such as weekly or monthly.
• Where is your event , enter a venue, postcode (if known) and link to the venue's web page or organiser's contact email.
• Describe your event with a title and short text description (guide about 60 words) and link to the event's web page.
• Classify add your organisation name and some classification codes which work with filters on the events page.
